As requested, please find attached videos showing the traffic conditions and restricted sight line at the intersection of Beitz Road and Crowsfoot Road, July 23 at approximately 12:35 p.m.

I recorded these videos from inside with my car positioned at the stop line, which is itself difficult to see. The videos are intended to show the view available to a driver stopped at that location, particularly the limited visibility and speed of the traffic approaching from the left.

My wife, Brigitte, was seriously injured in the collision and continues to experience severe pain around the clock. Her estimated recovery and rehabilitation period is approximately six weeks, although the full extent of her recovery is not yet known.

Yesterday, she was transferred from the Hamilton General Hospital trauma unit to St. Mary’s General Hospital. When a rehabilitation bed becomes available, she is expected to be transferred to either St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Guelph or Freeport Hospital in Kitchener.

Her injuries include damage to five vertebrae, a crushed right heel, and other significant injuries.

Could you please advise when the sight-line assessment is expected to be completed? I would also appreciate receiving a copy of the assessment or its findings when available.
